Settling Tanks Scrappers and Thickeners

Rotating bridge circular tank scrapers are designed as half bridge, extended half bridge or full bridge to scrape bottom sludge and scum. Material alternatives are carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Available sizes are 8- 60m as tank diameter.

Rotating Bridge Scrappers:

Thickeners are used in mechanical thickening and bottom scraping of sludge in cylindrical sludge thickening tanks. Standard sizes range between 4-25 m as tank diameter, 1-2 m as bridge width.

Fixed Bridge Scrappers:

Thickeners are used in mechanical thickening and bottom scraping of sludge in cylindrical sludge thickening tanks. Standard sizes range between 4-25 m as tank diameter, 1-2 m as bridge width.

Sludge Thickener:

Rectangular tank scrapers are used in uni- or bi-directional scraping of bottom sludge and skimming of surface scum in rectangular sedimentation tanks. They can be manufactured by carbon, stainless steel or aluminum. Available sizes are: Tank width 5-25 m, bridge width 1-2 m.
