Belt Presses

The belt Presses are mechanical dewatering devices preferred especially in large capacity city-based wastewater treatment plants and organized industrial wastewater treatment plants due to their easy operation little labor requirement and continuous operation.

Especially in cases where the sludge flow rate is high, the belt presses have proven to be a fairly economical and highly preferred means of dewatering over the years, due to their continuous operation.

Filter Presses

The Filter Press is the most efficient solid/liquid separation system and the most employed filtering process in all kind of applications. We have at our disposal the know how of a range of successful resolved process treatment problems from the chemical, mineral and food processing industries
 

Centrifugal Decanters:

The decanter’s time has come as soon as the solids content in the suspension to be processed is particularly high. These machines provide the benefits of high clarifying efficiency and maximum dewatering of solids. The main requirements in this respect are a high bowl speed and a very high scroll torque in conjunction with a regulating facility for the differential speed which operates as a function of the solids load.

Horizontal Centrifugal Decanters:

High-efficiency centrifuges with a horizontal bowl for the solid/liquid separation. Suitable for non-stop operation, equipped with a screw conveyor for the removal of the solid matter. The high bowl speed and the high torque moment of the scroll allow to obtain an optimal clarification quality of the liquid and the best mechanical sludge dewatering. The automatic and analogical scroll speed adjustment depends on the variation of the feeding density in order to obtain the highest constant dry solid value in the dewatered sludge. Variable Type Centrifuge Decanters are highly suitable for dewatering and pre-thickening when high performance is requested and when the product inlet values are not constant.

Automatic Polymer Stations:

High-efficiency systems to measure and dose specified quantities of the polymer in the line. They come complete with feeding hopper with bridge breaker.
Three communicating tanks: dilution, ageing, storage. Stainless steel construction.

The chemical package unit consists of flash mixing, flocculation, lamella clarification and filtration (optional). Preparation and dosing systems of the suitable chemicals are also included as a containerized unit. All necessary piping, cabling and control are preassembled and the unit is shipped as ready to operate.
